Job overview

  • Represent the company to external stakeholders, including the media, customers, and partners.
  • Manage the company’s media relations, including press releases and events.
  • Develop relationships with key media outlets, including veterinary trade publications.
  • Monitor the company’s online presence, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and reflects its brand and values.
  • Manage all the content for Company’s website and other digital platforms, including blogs, videos, and podcasts.
  • Coordinate company events and activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Develop event plans and budgets, and oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV requirements.
  • Implement internal communication strategies, including newsletters, meetings, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Develop advertising and marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and social media advertising. And report its key metrics to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for Vet4Ever to partner with other organizations in the veterinary industry, including professional associations and advocacy groups.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement activities, loyalty programs, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage CSR events and projects.

ORGANIZATION POLICIES AND MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop administrative policies and procedures.
  • A system to monitor attendance, leave records, time records of staff.
  • A process for updating employees’ personnel and insurance files.
  • Develop the organizational structure and other directives and documents.
  • A file management and storage system.
  • Development of the program’s recruitment standards.
  • Development of Job Descriptions/Specifications for all categories of personnel at all levels.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A driving license holder.
  • A car owner is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or logistics.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Experience in sales logistics processes, including order processing, delivery scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports. Tax reporting and inventory processing. Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates. Advising on estimates for project funding.

Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

Typical duties generally include: conducting job evaluation surveys. liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs. delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.

Supply Chain Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.

As a regulatory affairs officer, you’ll need to: ensure that a company’s products comply with the regulations of the regions where they want to distribute them, plan and develop product trials and interpret trial data. advise scientists and manufacturers on regulatory requirements.

Review and validate customer data as it’s collected. Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse. Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data. Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs.
